Silver Bay โ Coastal Privacy Charter
Last updated: June 2025
Silver Bay sits at the meeting of land and sea โ and like any honest coastline, it keeps no secrets about itself and takes none from its visitors. This charter maps every point where data could possibly cross our shore, and what we do when it does.
What the bay holds
The bay holds nothing personal. No visitor's log, no tidal record of your session, no device reading from the coast is preserved in our charts. You arrive with the tide and leave just as cleanly.
Tidal surveys (server logs)
Like a coastal survey's routine tidal measurement, our servers may automatically record: browser type, device category, and a masked IP fragment. These surveys measure the water level, not the person standing at the shore.
No drift nets
Silver Bay casts no advertising drift nets, no behavioural analytics trawls, and no third-party surveillance equipment into the bay. The water is clean.
The chart maker (Google Fonts)
Our typefaces are charted by Google Fonts. Your browser's connection to Google may include your IP. Their charter covers what they do at that navigational point.
Young coastal explorers
Silver Bay is a bright, peaceful game for all ages. No violent content, no gambling, no age restrictions. Every young explorer is welcome at the water's edge. We collect nothing from any visitor.
Charter revisions
Should our coastal practices change, this charter will be updated and redated. Continued visits after any change signal acceptance.
